2. Products and services
The Straw Bag offers online sales of straw handbags, made in China.
The products are available for purchase directly via the site and shipped mainly to the United States.
All items are offered while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing an order, the customer will be informed and will be able to choose between a refund or an exchange.
Guarantee: Customers benefit from a 30-day "satisfied or refunded" guarantee and an exchange in the event of a defective product.
3. Prices and payment terms

Prices are indicated in USD (US dollars) and include applicable taxes, except in the case of exceptional customs taxes which remain the responsibility of the customer.
The Straw Bag reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Delivery

7. Liability and force majeure

The customer is responsible for entering their delivery address correctly. No reshipment will be made in the event of an address error on the part of the customer.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
